1. Where do your books and products come from?

All books and merchandise are officially produced and distributed by Nitrogen Studios, home to the works of Melodye Rosales and the Phantom Dark creative team. Every item you see in our shop is authentic, high-quality, and created with care by our studio partners.

2. How long will shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to most countries. International delivery times vary, but most arrive within 10–21 days. Please note that customs fees or import duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition.

Books with personalized signatures or limited-edition items are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.

5. Can I request a signed or personalized book?

Occasionally, yes! We offer limited signed editions of Melodye Rosales titles and special collector releases from Phantom Dark.
